Our CVI Concierge service focuses on the needs of clients who are looking for  our expertise in designing their luxury spaces, in addition to providing a turn-key lifestyle service of setting up their home so it's move-in ready.

We create stylish, livable and luxurious spaces for CEO's, entrepreneurs, executives, professional athletes, young professionals and public figures.  

We understand that time is money for our busy clients, so we take care of all the details of designing your new space so you don't have to. We offer a turn-key lifestyle approach by having everything in place from the furnishings and technology, to the towels and linens. We also provide shopping services to stock your kitchen on very short notice,  and will be happy to connect you to our list of exclusive resources if you are new in town

Our CVI Concierge service can be used for a one time design and lifestyle need, or an ongoing maintenance agreement.

We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your needs

We will make all necessary arrangements relating to your project, event or move-in

We will begin working on your project within 2 weeks. Rush service available at an additional rate

We will schedule any meetings needed

We will provide you with updates on the progress of your project

Please note that the services listed below, are design fees only, and do not include the cost of materials, trades and vendors' costs, nor freight and installation costs. Please let us know if you do not see an option that suits your needs. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and adaptability, and strong desire to provide solutions for our clients' needs.​

DESIGN + LIFESTYLE

This is similar to our regular full service design service that includes remodeling through to decorating your space. The difference is that as a very busy professional, you may choose to leave all the decision-making and project management to us. We will request just a few brief meetings with you in the beginning, to ensure that we are working within your style and lifestyle needs. We then create a complete turn-key plan, and provide you, or someone you designate, with regular updates on the progress of the project. We utilize technology, such as video and client portal to keep you updated. ​

We manage all the trades and vendors involved, manage your budget, and coordinate every detail of the installation, down to your toothbrush!

NEW IN TOWN

This service is ideal for the client who is just moving into the Houston area, and needs help coordinating delivery, installation, placement and styling of your existing furnishings. Whether you are in town or away, we will take care of all the details. If additional pieces are required to pull the space together for a complete and luxurious look and feel, we will create a design plan and present it to you for approval. We will ensure that your home is cleaned and if needed, kitchen stocked and ready for your arrival

HOME REFRESH

With your busy schedule, you hardly spend time at home let alone decorating it. We will create a luxurious and comfortable environment that will be a haven when you do spend time at home. This service includes adding accents, accessories and styling your home to perfection

Service starts at $6000

SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY

We work with Houston's best smart home technology experts to bring you a  turn-key media and home security package that is ready to go when you move in. Your man- cave/media room will be all set to go. We will help with the planning, ordering and installation of your smart home technology. Whether we are working with you on a full service design project or not, we will make sure that no detail is overlooked.

EVENTS/SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Need to pull together an event for 200 of your closest friends? Leave all the planning, scheduling and coordinating to us. With our experience in wedding design, corporate events and party planning, we will pull together our most trusted resources to make your event memorable and special. We will discuss the look and feel that you desire for your event and create the perfect atmosphere and treats to make it complete

We also provide holiday decorating

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE

Our maintenance package can be purchased for one time event or an ongoing process - weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We have partnered with Houston's most trusted cleaning services, yard maintenance services and contractors to make sure your home is kept in great condition whether you are home or away.

PERSONAL SERVICES

As a busy professional, we know that finding time  to do some of the basic services for yourself and for your home can be a challenge. With just a day or two notice, we can ensure that your refrigerator and wine fridge are stocked, fresh flowers placed, and dry cleaning delivered by the time you get home from your travels 

It helps to have a professional firm that you already know and trust, provide these essential services so you don't have to worry

CORPORATE RENTALS DESIGN

Your executives, partners, speakers work hard to help your company be profitable. Shouldn't they stay in an exquisitely furnished corporate suite when they are in town?

 

Forget the tired hostel style rooms, and treat your executives and guests to the comforts of home. Whether it be for a few days, weeks or months, we will furnish each suite to the highest standards that you want for your company and branding. We only specify luxe, unique and high-end furniture, luxury linens, great artwork and chic accessories. We make sure all suites are turnkey, and include everything your guests need to make it their home away from home.

 

We will select all the furnishings and present to your designated staff or team for approval. We take care of every single detail through to installation. If your company owns corporate suites, or considering that option, we are here to help make it a worthwhile investment.

We Travel

Our design services extend far beyond the borders of Houston, TX. Name the location and our team can accommodate your design needs. We are skilled in gathering great resources outside of our general service area. We love getting to know the uniqueness of certain locales, and will seek to infuse some elements of it into our designs. We enjoy getting to meet local artisans and artists, and look for opportunities to support them and the local economy.

Services are based on the location, travel and lodging needs
