Most of our design services start with a 2 hour in home consultation to assess your needs and provide direction for your project.
What's Included In An In Home Consultation:
Up to two hours
Getting to know you, understand your needs and discuss initial thoughts, ideas and make suggestions for a design direction
Walk through of each room to determine your style and how you live
Recommendations for furniture layout
Help to define a comfortable budget
Paint color selection (a handwritten list of up to 3 colors if desired)
Window treatment ideas
Ideas for new furniture and furnishings
Ideas on how to mix patterns, styles, antiques and heirloom pieces
Explanation of the design process, how we work and what to expect
Answer any other questions you may have
Please note that no design work, materials or furniture selections or re-arranging of furnishings will happen during this meeting. It all happens verbally. We encourage you to take notes.
The consultation is a great opportunity to get to know each other, and understand your needs better, as well as an opportunity to discuss initial ideas which we take time to develop later into a custom design plan, tailor-made for your specific needs.
Our Full Service Design Service refers to a whole room, whole home or a block of rooms, where we create a design plan from concept to the final installation; managing the entire process for you. Full service applies even if you already own some of the furnishings that will be used.
Our minimum service fee for a Full Service Project is $3500, regardless of project size
Our kitchen and bath service includes anything from materials selections only to a full design plan and remodel of your kitchen and bath. A custom quote is provided following the initial in home consultation, or you can choose from our a-la-carte menu of kitchen and bath services
Our Concierge service is aimed at high net worth individuals who are seeking a turn-key, lifestyle and maintenance plan for their primary or secondary residences. This service is best for individuals who are comfortable having a professional design firm handle every aspect of their design project including home essentials and stocking the refrigerator
Our minimum service fee for our Concierge Service is $5000
Our DIY-Friendly Services are perfect for individuals who are comfortable managing and implementing their own design projects with a solid plan and/or guidance from us. These services include:
eDesign, Designer On Call, In Home Work Sessions
Service fees start at $447 for an in home work session, and average around $2000+ for a comprehensive design plan
Our Custom Window Treatments Service also includes any soft goods related project, and hard window treatments that are outside of the scope of a full service project with us. It includes custom bedding, custom pillows, custom draperies, re-upholstery and hard window treatments such as shades, shutters, blinds
We recommend a minimum project budget of $1500
We provide model home merchandising, materials and color selections for model homes and spec homes for semi-custom and custom homebuilders. We also work directly with your buyers for their selections for new construction and remodels, as well as furnishings when they move into their new home
Our Styling Sessions are perfect for you if you have most or all the key pieces you need, but you need the finishing touches for the magazine worthy finish. Our Styling Sessions include:
One Day Makeover - includes 1 hour consultation, up to 6 hours (including a handyman for 2 hrs). Shopping can be added on. Consultation required on a previous day.
Finishing Touches Session - Up to 12 hrs of shopping and styling with some product management included

Rooms Done For You are a budget friendly way to furnish a room. We design and order all the key pieces and have them drop-shipped to you to implement our plan. A 3 hr styling session for local clients included
