Kid Play Room And Guest Room Combo, Magnolia Texas

We were called upon to create a fun and inspiring space for a toddler. The large room needed to include a sleeping area for a toddler, a guest area, and enough room for playing. The jungle wallpaper inspired the whimsical direction we decided to go with this space. We designed a custom queen daybed for the guest area, with dressers for storage and ottomans and benches for additional seating. The kid's area includes more storage, a crib for sleeping, a train table, and a rocking chair

This ethnic flavored game room is used mainly for TV watching and lounging. The space includes a couple of seating areas and an area for board games. We used a lot of the clients' existing pieces, combined with new pieces that complement the space.

Our clients needed a nice comfortable and sophisticated space that was still conducive to their large family lifestyle. They loved mid-century design and we used that as inspiration to create a neutral, textural, layered space. We brought in lots of natural materials like marble, husk, wood, metal and textiles to create a warm, sophisticated version of mid century design.

Our new construction project in Fulshear TX was fun to work on. Our client hired us for a second time for their brand new modern farmhouse. We helped our clients with some plan review and layout changes, materials and color selections, window coverings, and the interior decor and full furnishings. Our clients wanted a color and bold space, but still open and cohesive.

Moody, vintage, sophisticated, luxe is what we were going for in this Katy TX dining room. The room started out as dated and dull. We were inspired by this beautiful mural as the starting point. We painted the existing millwork in a deep gray, added antique mirror panels with rosettes on the main wall. We layered the wall of mirrors with the beautiful dolphin mirror for a vintage feeling, that relates very well to the dining room table and chairs already owned by our client.

We modified the fireplace wall we new moldings and grasscloth wallpaper in the back of the bookcases. New paint throughout the space made it feel fresher. Luxe, bold, sophisticated and functional is what we were going for in our Katy TX laundry room completed for The One Room Challenge. The bold Crane wallpaper was the starting point. We added built in storage with cane doors for easy air flow. The marble countertop and flooring add a luxury touch. Our LG Styler was included for easy care of clothes. The decorative mirror and decor add a luxury touch

Our client wanted their home to function for how they actually live. The formal dining room was transformed into a lounge with a dining and living area where clients could entertain. We started by painting the entire space in a neutral palette, and added some bold, eclectic finishes including the grasscloth wallpaper and chunky mantel on the fireplace wall, custom draperies and shades, built-in seating, new lighting and electrical parts, furnishings and accessories.

Our moody, luxurious, maximalist Katy TX master bedroom was created for The One Room Challenge. We wanted to create a space that is a maximalist's dream, yet be classic and timeless. Everything was custom made for this space - the molding details in the ceiling and all the custom furnishings. The black wallpaper and custom black silk draperies with the trim detail add a variety of textures. Lots of pattern was brought into the textiles for a daring mix. Personal mementos add a unique touch.

Luxury Master Bathroom by Casa Vilora In

Our luxury master bathroom started as a non-functional, poorly laid out space. We gutted it and created a new layout. We incorporated layers of patterns for a bold yet subtle and sophisticated mix. The bold geometric Kelly Wearstler marble tiles create drama. The shower walls made of porcelain slabs allow for easy maintenance. The custom site-built wood vanity add a nice contrast. The molding details, lighting and wallpaper help make this space beautiful and memorable
