How Does The Pre-Purchase Service Work?
Like every Casa Vilora Interiors service, we start with a consultation so we can fully understand your goals and your needs.
We will discuss your timeframe and investment for purchase and improvement, as well as your design goals and functional needs.
We will then plan how to best move forward as you view properties.
This service typically includes:
An agreement for a fixed timeframe
A pre-determined number of scheduled property viewings
A written report on up to 2 potential properties with our ideas for how they can be improved and a general cost estimate (at the end of the agreement period)
A floor plan and general furniture layout for the improvements we recommend for one property
We keep things laser-focused and results directed which saves you time.

You will be sent our Pre-Purchase Questionnaire which we invite you to complete before our Discovery Call. This helps us keep the call focused and productive.
Next step is our face to face meeting - preferably in your existing home so we can better understand how you currently live and what you are hoping to change in your new home. The investment for our face to face meeting is $500 whether in your home or at our office.
We also schedule a separate meeting with your realtor to understand their goal and strategy for your home purchase, and keep in constant contact to schedule viewings.
We will determine the scope of work and send you a Fee Proposal a few days after our face to face meeting, outlining details of our agreement. This includes the date range for our services, the number of viewings, when you will receive our deliverables, design fee to get started and other terms of service. Our minimum design fee for the Pre-Purchase Service is $4950+
