Pronounced - VI-LOW-RA. Casa Vilora is named after Veronica's middle name "Vilora", derived from her paternal grandmother's name "Tilora"

Our design aesthetic can be summed up as eclectic, classic, bold, whimsical and timeless. The spaces we create are known for their eclectic vibe and masterful use of color, pattern mix and textures.

They are multi-layered and collected, blending classic with modern, old with new, high with low and bold use of color, pattern, texture in ways that excite.

OUR TEAM

Veronica Solomon has assembled a team of some of Houston's most highly skilled artisans and craftsmen. From faux painters and cabinet refinishers to kitchen and bath specialists and stone and tile fabricators, the group brings artistic skills to everything they create.

Their unique talents and attention to detail contribute to the standard of excellence you can expect from us. Some of our support team have been a part of the Casa Vilora family from its inception. We value the relationships we have built with our support team in millwork, wallpaper installation, electrical installation, painting, custom drapery and other soft goods, art installation, custom upholstery, receiving, warehousing and white glove delivery and installation.

Other team members include administrative support staff, top draftsmen, civil and structural engineers, building designers and a variety of general contractors, builders and subcontractors.

Rounding out the team are the vendors and suppliers of furnishings, fabrics, art and accessories and other products used in the residential and commercial projects in which we are involved.

Veronica Solomon

CEO + Principal Interior Designer

Veronica brings over 19 years of expertise as CEO + Principal Interior Designer of the Casa Vilora Interiors team. She is a Design Blogger and Influencer, an Interior Design Business Mentor to a community of over 5600 Interior Designers worldwide and past President of Interior Design Society Houston Chapter.

Veronica has won many prestigious awards and nominations including ASID Ruby Awards, IDS Designer Of The Year Award, HFN Women of Influence honoree, KBB Person Of The Year, House Beautiful Advisory Council member, and judge for HGTV Designer Of The Year Awards. She has been featured in numerous publications including Architectural Digest, Modern Luxury, House Beautiful, Elle Decor, Rue Magazine, Business Of Home, Designers Today, Business of Home, NBC Today, Better Homes And Gardens, HGTV Magazine + HGTV Faces of Design, Bliss Victoria Magazine, Houston Chronicle, Katy Magazine and more

Veronica believes in running a heart-centered, client-centric company and she truly believes that everyone deserves a beautiful, functional and comfortable home. Each space should tell the story of the people who live there and should be their ideal version of luxurious living; whatever luxury means to them.

Veronica is a mother of two amazing children and a feisty chiweenie named Rufus. Her Jamaican heritage of staying grounded, hard working and dedicated to her craft, not only shows in some of her colorful interiors, but allows her to service her clients at the highest level of excellence.

Veronica is actively involved in local charitable organizations and founded The Solomon Project in 2016

Courtney Morris

Courtney is a recent graduate of Florida International University where she studied Hospitality Management with a focus on Events Management

Courtney's role is to coordinate all administrative functions, including procurement, product management, social media and marketing, events and workshops planning and management, and assisting the team with the daily operations of the firm.

Courtney is a skilled oil-painter and portrait artist.

She brings a high level of creativity and energy to the team.
