While we often try to avoid rate increases as much as we can, there are times when we as a company must make the decision to increase our rates to keep up with the constant increase in raw materials, freight, labor, and cost of operating in general.

As a small business, it is not always feasible to keep absorbing these increases. We want to be around as a strong and profitable company for a very long time to continue to offer great service and beautiful design to our clients. Design is our passion and it is our honor to have worked with hundreds of clients over the years to make their homes beautiful, functional and comfortable for years to come. We are very proud of our accomplishments as a company operating now since January of 2007.

So with that said, we are planning a slight fee increase of only 10% for 2016, but for a limited time you can take advantage of our current rate. If you have been sitting on the fence about whether or not you should get started on your next design project, now is the time to get the process started.

We would love to help you ring in the new year in style, so we are extending our current rate until January 30th 2016. All you have to do is schedule and pay for your design consultation before January 30th, 2016 and you qualify for our current rate for your entire project. It is easy to schedule and pay for your consultation. You can head to our website consultation page, and decide which service best suits your needs, and pay directly from there through Paypal. Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will call to talk with you a bit about your project and place you on our schedule. Or you can call first at 281-751-7552 after which we will email you an invoice to securely pay.

Our consultation lasts for up to two hours and includes the following:

1. a walk through of your home and discussing each room’s function, the existing furniture pieces, and recommendations for new pieces and new layouts

2. 2 hours of intensive and custom ideas

3. Looking through your inspiration ideas and offering feedback

4. getting to know you through our design questionnaire

5. Defining a comfortable budget

6. Paint color selections

7. Window treatment ideas

8. Lighting ideas

9. Styling tips and ideas for creating vignettes

10. Creating the right mood and feel

11. How the space will function

12. How to mix patterns through textiles, wall coverings and floor coverings

13. Answer any questions you have
